Obesity is a physical body condition observed as a result of several factors like psychology, diet, lifestyle and heredity. It refers to excess fat storage in the body rather than mere excess weight.

Weight loss is different from fat loss!

Weight loss implies losing body weight (measured in kilograms) either from fat, muscle or water while fat loss is more about getting rid of body fat in places where they have accumulated excessively, resulting in a slim appearance.
